A. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Create and execute sales strategies to meet room revenue and occupancy goals. Carry out sales activities targeting corporate, government, travel agents, OTA, groups, and events. Sustain and grow relationships with current clients while proactively pursuing new business prospects. Perform sales calls, client visits, presentations, and rate negotiations. Draft and oversee contracts and agreements with corporate accounts and travel agents. Work alongside Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue Management to maintain room availability and pricing accuracy. Implement marketing and promotional activities in both online and offline channels. Oversee and improve sales performance through Online Travel Agents (OTA). Develop promotional packages, special rates, and seasonal offers. Track competitors' pricing, promotions, and market trends. B. ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports covering: Room revenue Occupancy Average Daily Rate (ADR) Keep client databases and sales records updated. Produce sales forecasts and meet assigned sales targets. C. COORDINATION & COMPLIANCE Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. Confirm that all sales and marketing activities adhere to hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Preserve the hotel's brand image and professional standing. D. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Take part in exhibitions, trade shows, sales missions, and promotional events. Address client feedback or complaints related to sales matters in a professional manner. Carry out other sales and marketing duties as directed by management.
