Develop and grow the Less Than Truckload (LTL / Eceran) delivery service business by acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and meeting company sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities: Seek out and develop new customers for LTL (Eceran) services. Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers. Conduct prospecting, sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with customers. Prepare and provide price quotations tailored to customer requirements. Oversee shipment processes and ensure customer needs are fulfilled. Meet established sales and revenue targets. Produce periodic reports on sales activities and achievement. Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 degree, any field of study accepted. Prior experience in Sales within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, LTL, Trucking, or Transportation is a plus. Familiar with the concept and business processes of Less Than Truckload (LTL). Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Used to working toward targets with a results-oriented approach. Capable of finding and growing new customer relationships. Willing to conduct sales visits and work on a mobile basis. Owning a personal vehicle and holding a valid driving license are considered advantages.
