A dynamic and proactive Sales Engineer is needed to join the team and develop business opportunities throughout the Sumatera Area. Key responsibilities include building and sustaining strong customer relationships across the Sumatera area; identifying, developing, and pursuing sales opportunities within the Sumatera region; making regular customer visits and establishing business networks across assigned areas in Sumatera; staying informed about market conditions, customer needs, and business opportunities in the Sumatera area; monitoring and following up on each quotation until it converts to an order booking; preparing quotations based on customer requirements and solution designs with support from the Internal Sales Team; reviewing and qualifying customer requests technically and commercially with assistance from the Internal Engineering Team; preparing periodic sales reports; and coordinating and communicating with all related departments. Candidates should hold a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in the valves, fittings, pumps, or engineering industry. Experience in project-based sales and working with EPC, Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, or related industries is required. Candidates should preferably be domiciled in Sumatera, particularly Riau or Medan, or have strong familiarity and networks within the Sumatera area. The role requires willingness to travel extensively across the assigned Sumatera area. A valid SIM A is required. Candidates must have good command of English in both written and spoken form. They should be dynamic, adaptable, capable of working independently, and a quick learner with a proactive attitude.
