Responsibilities include monitoring, validating, and ensuring accuracy of sales and inventory data; reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting sales reports along with other commercial performance data; conducting detailed sales analysis by customer, product, sales channel, and promotional programs to detect trends and business opportunities; delivering actionable insights, recommendations, and data-driven solutions to support business decisions; working with the Sales team to maintain accuracy of sales transactions and customer accounts receivable; producing accurate, timely, and thorough reports for the Commercial department; and assisting with ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests when needed. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role; demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting business reports and data analyses; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with additional data analysis and reporting tools being an advantage; strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; high attention to detail with the capacity to learn quickly, take initiative, and work proactively; and willingness to be placed at the Meruya, West Jakarta office.
