Responsibilities: Develop and sustain strong relationships with strategic vendors and business partners. Oversee vendor performance and drive ongoing operational improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to meet business and service targets. Review operational performance data and produce actionable reports. Recognize operational challenges and put in place effective solutions. Assist with business expansion initiatives and service quality enhancement efforts. Serve as a key liaison among operations, vendors, and management. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any field. At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries. Prior experience with SPX (Shopee Express) or other logistics companies is highly preferred. Background in Vendor Management, Planning, Operations Control, or similar roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Capable of performing in a fast paced, target oriented setting. Committed to operational excellence and business growth.
