Responsibilities: Prospecting potential customers, conducting cold outreach, blitzing, and networking. Generating leads. Clearly explaining product features and benefits to prospects. Handling prospects' concerns and objections effectively. Meeting and exceeding sales lead targets. Maintaining knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services. Preparing regular and ad-hoc visit reports. Responding promptly to potential customer inquiries and concerns. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of visit activities. Ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices. Requirements: Minimum Diploma's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the welding industry. Comfortable networking and initiating contact with potential clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits. Proactive and self-driven to achieve and exceed targets. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on reaching targets. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Placement: Surabaya
