Job Responsibilities Build and sustain relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify new sales opportunities and reach sales targets. Grasp customer technical requirements and suggest appropriate products or solutions. Create quotations, technical proposals, and product presentations. Offer technical support and product demonstrations to clients. Carry out site visits, product testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting as needed. Work with internal engineering, production, and service teams to deliver customer solutions. Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Follow up on sales leads, quotations, orders, and customer feedback. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or a similar engineering role is preferred. Solid technical understanding and capability to interpret engineering specifications and drawings. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a keen interest in sales and business development. Capable of troubleshooting technical issues and providing practical solutions. Willing to travel to customer sites as needed. Able to work independently and within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD or relevant engineering software is a plus. Holds a valid driving licence where required for customer and site visits. Fluent spoken and written English. Office location in Tangerang, Banten.
