The position is based in Jakarta and the client operates in the logistics industry. They are hiring for a Safety / HSE Staff role serving as the P2K3 Secretary. Key responsibilities include carrying out safety and health initiatives as the officially registered Secretary of the P2K3 (Occupational Safety and Health Committee) with the labor office, implementing K3 programs and procedures at the workplace, performing routine safety inspections and risk assessments across warehouse and logistics operations, investigating accidents, incidents, and near-misses along with preparing related reports, organizing and documenting P2K3 committee meetings while keeping official records, creating and delivering employee safety training programs, ensuring adherence to Permenaker No. 13/2025 and additional K3 regulations, monitoring and maintaining safety equipment and emergency response systems, preparing safety documentation and reports for regulatory bodies, and completing any other assigned duties. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's or Diploma degree, a formal K3 qualification/certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) enabling official appointment as P2K3 Secretary, eligibility for registration as an Ahli K3 with an official appointment letter (SKP Ahli K3), more than 2 years of HSE experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry, K3/Safety-related experience, and basic PC skills.
