Responsibilities: - Monitoring the team's performance and achievement of targets - Conducting market reviews and executing strategies to reach established targets - Overseeing business processes related to SOP, both administratively and in the field - Managing branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity - Ensuring team cohesion and managing internal team conflicts based on company regulations Requirements: - Male/Female - Maximum age of 35 years old - Minimum last education of D3 - Experience in leading a Regional - Minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager/Area Manager (Grameen Bank System Financial Institution or Microfinance) - Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies as a team framework - Integrity, good communication skills, and hardworking
