We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees at our company. The primary duty is to be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of business operations as well as setting future strategic goals. Additionally, the candidate must have the competency to provide guidance for performance improvement, by combining the company's vision and culture. The objective is to ensure the profitability of our company's activities to support sustainable development and long-term success. Responsibilities: Monitoring the team in terms of performance and target achievement. Conducting market reviews and executing strategies to reach the established targets. Being responsible for business processes in terms of SOP, both administratively and in the field. Being responsible for the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios. Ensuring team solidarity and being able to manage internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: Minimum D3 (Diploma) education. Has experience leading a region. Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in Micro Finance as an Area Manager (Grameen Bank System Financial Institution or Microfinance). Able to develop sales & marketing strategies as a team foundation. Proficient in operating data using at least Google Sheets.
