An experienced Regional Manager is sought to lead and oversee the work of hundreds of employees at the company. The primary task involves ensuring business operational efficiency and setting forward strategic goals. The candidate must also possess the competency to provide guidance for performance improvement by combining company vision and culture. The aim is to ensure profitability of company activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success. Responsibilities: - Monitoring the team in terms of performance and target achievement (hundreds of employees) - Conducting market reviews and executing strategies to reach established targets - Overseeing business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field - Accountable for branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity - Responsible for team cohesion and capable of managing internal team conflicts based on company regulations Requirements: - Minimum D3 (Diploma) education - Experience in leading a Region - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Micro Finance as an Area Manager (Financial Institution using the Grameen Bank or Microfinance system) - Able to formulate sales & marketing strategies to complement the team - Willing to be mobile to Bandung, Cianjur, Karawang, Purwakarta
