HANDLE end-to-end recruitment processes covering sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, coordination with users, offering, up to onboarding preparation, and ensure workforce needs are fulfilled on time and according to qualifications. Source candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, communities, referrals, and other channels. Develop and update candidate databases and talent pools. Perform routine recruitment administration and report generation. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition; experienced handling end-to-end recruitment processes; strong sourcing, screening, and interview skills; understanding of behavioral/competency-based interviews is a plus; communicative, proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a good sense of urgency; willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat.
