Handle collection of payments from overdue customers using a persuasive approach, conduct field visits, negotiate the settlement of outstanding debts, and prepare recovery activity reports according to company policy. Qualifications: Education at least high school / vocational school; maximum age 37 years; fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in collection or field debt recovery is preferred; must own a motorcycle and possess a SIM C (motorcycle driver's license); communicative, persuasive, and able to handle debtor objections; familiar with the assigned area and skilled in negotiation; accustomed to working in a mobile and field-based capacity.
