Position focuses on collecting payments from customers with overdue balances through persuasive approaches, conducting field visits, negotiating arrears settlements, and preparing recovery reports in line with company regulations. Qualifications required: minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education; maximum age of 37 years; fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in collection or field-based debt recovery is preferred; candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C; must be communicative, persuasive, and able to handle debtor objections; should be familiar with the assigned area and possess negotiation skills; accustomed to working on a mobile and field basis.
