Job Description: Responsible for collecting payments from customers who are in arrears through a persuasive approach, conducting field visits, negotiating the settlement of outstanding balances, and preparing recovery reports in accordance with company policies. Qualifications: - Minimum education level of SMA/SMK - Maximum age of 37 years - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Preference for candidates with experience in the collection or field recovery area. - Must have a personal motorcycle and a SIM C. - Communicative, persuasive, and able to handle debtor objections. - Familiar with the assigned area of operation and possesses negotiation skills. - Comfortable working in a mobile and field-based environment.
