Position: Manage collections from customers with overdue payments using a persuasive approach, conduct field visits, negotiate settlement of arrears, and prepare recovery reports in accordance with company regulations. Qualifications: - Minimum education of SMA/SMK - Maximum age of 37 years - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Preferred experience in collection or field recovery. - Must own a personal motorcycle and SIM C. - Communicative, persuasive, and able to handle debtor objections. - Familiar with the assigned area and capable of negotiation. - Comfortable working mobile and in the field.
