Job Responsibilities: Handle collection efforts against customers with overdue payments using a persuasive approach, carry out field visits, negotiate resolution of arrears, and prepare recovery outcome reports according to company regulations. Qualifications: Minimum education level of high school or vocational school, fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience in collection or field-based debt collection activities is preferred, strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle debtor objections, familiar with the assigned area and capable of negotiating, accustomed to working in a mobile and field-based environment, stationed at the Duri Branch (Bengkalis Regency, Riau).
