Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in water treatment or a related industry is preferred. Solid understanding of unit operations and unit processes in Water Treatment Plants. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capability to analyze technical data and prepare technical reports and recommendations. Effective teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills. Willing to be stationed in Tangerang (ASDAM). Tasks & Responsibilities: Evaluate all process units within the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and recommend improvements to boost performance and lower production costs. Monitor and regulate the quantity and quality of chemicals utilized in the water treatment process. Carry out studies and research on advanced water treatment engineering methods to enhance and optimize treatment processes across all WTP units. Evaluate the feasibility of adopting new or improved WTP engineering methods. Execute trials and pilot testing for approved process engineering methods. Monitor and review the progress of projects related to water treatment process optimization. Investigate operational issues impacting production processes and propose effective technical solutions and recommendations.
