Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 2. At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector 3. Knowledge of BOM, drawing, specification, and technical documentation 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering software is a plus 5. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities 6. Proficient communication skills in English Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist with engineering projects, NPI, and model transfer activities 2. Prepare, update, and manage BOM, drawing, specification, WI, and engineering documents 3. Aid in ECR/ECN/ECO implementation and track related changes 4. Coordinate technical information and document clarification with the Mother Company 5. Support local supplier development in areas such as packaging, tooling, jig/fixture, and other engineering requirements 6. Track sample development, trial, validation, and improvement efforts with suppliers and internal teams 7. Collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Tooling teams for project execution 8. Maintain engineering documents, revision history, and project records 9. Oversee project action items, timelines, and implementation status 10. Assist with technical problem solving and other engineering tasks as assigned
