Requirements: 1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (having a Professional Engineer license is preferred) 2. At least 15 years of experience in managing MEP projects 3. Demonstrated history of successfully handling MEP Projects 4. Skilled in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and Project Management software (MS Office or MS Project) 5. Strong communication abilities, capable of building and maintaining solid relationships with clients and stakeholders 6. Awareness that even a 5cm clearance issue in MEP can cause a project delay lasting weeks 7. Leadership capability to mentor teams 8. Fluent in English language Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all MEP site operations, guaranteeing that installations conform to BIM models and technical specifications 2. Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower leveling, and procurement of high-value MEP components 3. Anticipate and address "clashes" between MEP services and structural/architectural elements in a timely manner 4. Handle the MEP budget, monitor variations, and apply value engineering to optimize project margins 5. Enforce strict QA/QC protocols and confirm that all installations surpass HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards 6. Guide the final hand-over process, including systems integration testing and owner training
