Qualifications & experience A minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering is required. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure/utilities projects, with a preference for experience in water treatment. Ability to read technical drawings, BoQ, and project specifications is necessary. Excellent coordination and communication skills are needed. Candidate must be domiciled in Medan. Tasks & responsibilities Assist in controlling, monitoring and evaluating all project activities. Ensure that actual work execution adheres to technical standards and the provisions set out in the BoQ/Design. Manage, coordinate and carry out oversight responsibilities throughout all project phases—from preparation and physical execution through to completion—to ensure the process is carried out effectively. Recognize and help address technical risks that may occur during project implementation. Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the project. Track daily project progress and prepare technical/engineering reports for the Project Manager. Keep project documentation, drawings, and technical records accurately maintained.
