Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring production planning based on customer orders and production capacity; coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and other related departments for smooth production processes; monitoring production progress to achieve the production schedule; preparing and maintaining production planning and inventory reports; monitoring material availability and coordinating material requirements with Procurement and Warehouse; controlling and monitoring inventory levels to support production needs; monitoring material usage and production requirements; identifying potential delays or material shortages and coordinating appropriate actions; maintaining accurate PPIC data and documentation in the system/ERP; and supporting continuous improvement of production planning and inventory control processes. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field; minimum 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or a related position; experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred; good understanding of production planning, inventory control, and material management; proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and coordination skills; able to work independently as well as part of a team; detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
