Job Description: Develop tools, jigs, and automation devices for production line improvements. Maintain product tester equipment. Analyze failures and potential risks. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Create work instructions and checklists. Deliver training to assembly operators. Requirements: Minimum Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates welcome). Experience with 2D/3D CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks). Understanding of technical drawings and tolerances. Proficiency with basic measuring tools (Caliper, Micrometer, and Dial Indicator). Proficiency with Office/WPS software. Experience operating production machines such as lathe, CNC milling, and manual milling. Strong analytical thinking to solve production problems. Ability to work in teams, multitask, and prioritize. Not color blind. Willing to work in Salatiga.
