Product Marketing Lead at Bayesian Health. Bayesian Health is a fast-growing startup working to make healthcare proactive by providing physicians, nurses, and care team members with real-time data to save lives. In this role, you will take full ownership of how the company presents itself to health system leaders, covering sales content that drives deals forward, messaging for each new module, and the narrative shared with customers ready to grow alongside the company.
Bayesian Health's mission is to improve patient outcomes by giving clinicians the insights they need to make the right decision for the right patient at the point of care. The team includes clinicians, engineers, AI experts, product designers, and performance improvement leaders working together to enable smarter, patient-specific care delivery through the power of data. The company is funded by Obvious Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, American Medical Association's venture arm, Catalio Partners, and LifeForce Capital. Recent recognitions include Forbes AI Top 50, World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer, Time Best Inventions, and BioTech AI Company of the Year. Peer-reviewed research in Nature Medicine links their products to improved patient outcomes.
The role spans three connected areas of product marketing: sales enablement, module marketing, and customer expansion. You will own all three end to end, with most energy going to enablement, expansion, and module marketing in that order of urgency as field demands and roadmap dictate. Product marketing is still a function being built; as the dedicated product marketer, you will set standards, templates, and systems as much as you follow them. You will decide what gets built next based on feedback from Sales and Client Success about what is driving deals and renewals. As the team grows, you may have the chance to mentor more junior marketers.
Responsibilities include owning the core sales content library (sales deck, two-pagers, white papers, and collateral), keeping it accurate and current as the product and market change, and working with Sales to identify what pieces move deals forward. You will create deal-specific content such as custom one-pagers and slides for late-stage opportunities, taking rough briefs from sales reps and delivering polished work without heavy process. You will maintain competitive intelligence and battlecards as the market shifts, keep them current without being asked, develop positioning and messaging by module and buyer, build module deep-dive materials, and lead go-to-market for module launches, including palliative care and deterioration. You will partner with Client Success on expansion messaging, executive steering committee and QBR materials, and release communications for existing customers. You will write for the full health system buying committee, including CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders, translating clinical outcomes and technical capabilities into language that resonates with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders, ensuring business cases land with C-suite audiences rather than just product pitches. You will join deal calls and QBRs, pull roadmap details from Product proactively, work with Clinical to keep claims credible, and feed field and competitive insight back into the business.
Requirements: 5+ years of product marketing experience in healthcare technology with direct experience marketing to health system executive buyers; a bachelor's degree; a record of building positioning, messaging, enablement, and launch programs that sales teams actually use; a track record of deal-specific content tied to advanced or closed opportunities; experience writing for CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders while supporting long, multi-stakeholder deals into health systems; working knowledge of how enterprise health system deals move, including committee-based buying, clinical validation, IT and security review, and budget cycles; exceptional writing that is clear, credible, and evidence-based with first drafts needing little rework; self-direction in a fast-moving startup including the instinct to spot what is missing and build it without being asked; and strong partnership habits with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Clinical teams.
Nice to haves: product or customer marketing experience with an installed base, including expansion or upsell campaigns; familiarity with clinical AI, clinical decision support, or quality and safety improvement; experience informally mentoring a more junior marketer.
Life at Bayesian: A small, mission-driven team building AI tools that help clinicians catch life-threatening conditions earlier. The team works remotely but stays closely connected in real time. Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, including an HSA-eligible option, plus dental and vision through Guardian/VSP, with Bayesian covering the majority of your premium and a meaningful share of dependents' coverage; enrolled members also get access to One Medical for same-day and 24/7 virtual primary care. Life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability, fully company-paid. A 401(k) company retirement plan with your choice of investment approach. Free mental health support through Spring Health, plus additional wellness resources including pet care benefits. Generous PTO that grows with tenure, paid sick time, paid holidays, and occasional company-wide self-care days. Equity so you share directly in what is built together. A fully paid annual company retreat to connect in person. Your choice of Mac hardware, a one-time home office stipend, and ongoing reimbursement for internet and phone costs.
