Role Overview We are looking for a commercially oriented Product Manager (Fragrance Only) to oversee the full cycle of our perfume development. Key Responsibilities Must be willing to work on-site in Pluit, North Jakarta (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM) Establish the fragrance product portfolio, detect market trends (olfactive trends, consumer preferences), and plan the multi-year product development roadmap. Draft comprehensive briefs for Fragrance Houses (perfumers), assess scent submissions (Top, Middle, Base notes, performance, and longevity/sillage), and direct scent revisions. Identify and assess bottles, pumps/sprayers, caps, and secondary packaging; handle vendor relationships both locally and internationally to uphold quality and cost benchmarks. Manage the development process from concept, lab testing, BPOM regulatory compliance, through to pilot production and commercial launch. Work closely with Brand Communication, PR, and Marketing teams to ensure scent narratives align with campaign concepts and product positioning. Track product sales and customer feedback to refine existing SKUs and drive product iterations. Key Requirements Experience & Language Proficiency Bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Management/Product Development specifically in the Fragrance industry. Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is strictly required for daily communication. 2. Technical & Domain Expertise Sound understanding of the fragrance development process Familiarity with Indonesian cosmetics regulations (BPOM) Experience with project management tools Experience with COGS calculation, pricing strategies, and supply chain timeline 3. Bonus Points Experience working directly with Saff & Co, H M N S, Alchemist, Mandalika, Project 1945. Package Permanent Employee, Main Salary, Attendance Bonus, KPI Bonus, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Annual Leave 12 Days (after probation), Menstrual Leave, Overtime (2x hourly pro-rata rate).
