Product Manager – NETWORKING Business Company: PT CETC Teknologi Indonesia (CTI) Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Information Technology, Networking & ICT Distribution About the Role PT CETC Teknologi Indonesia is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Product Manager – to develop and manage its NETWORKING product portfolio in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact between CTI and VENDOR, taking responsibility for product strategy, sales performance, pricing, inventory, channel development and marketing activities. This role is business-focused with direct accountability for revenue, profitability and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact between CTI and VENDOR. - Oversee TP-Link/H3C product lines, including Omada networking solutions, switches, wireless access points, routers, VIGI surveillance products and associated accessories. - Develop annual and quarterly business plans, sales targets and go-to-market strategies. - Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate purchasing and inventory planning. - Track sell-in, sell-out, inventory ageing and stock availability. - Establish and maintain distributor, reseller, system integrator and project pricing. - Manage project registration and special-price requests with the vendor. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify, develop and close channel and project opportunities. - Recruit, develop and sustain active dealers, resellers and system integrators. - Coordinate product launches, channel events, training, promotions and digital marketing activities. - Manage vendor marketing funds and assess campaign effectiveness. - Deliver product training and sales tools to internal sales teams and channel partners. - Track competitors such as Ruijie/Reyee, Ubiquiti, Huawei eKit and MikroTik. - Produce regular reports on revenue, gross profit, sales pipeline, inventory, forecast accuracy and channel performance. - Coordinate with presales, procurement, logistics, finance, marketing and e-commerce teams. - Safeguard pricing discipline and maintain healthy channel relationships. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT product management, channel sales, distribution or vendor management. - Experience with networking products such as switches, wireless access points, routers, gateways, surveillance or SMB solutions. - Existing relationships with Indonesian ICT resellers, system integrators or distributors are strongly preferred. - Good understanding of Indonesia's networking and ICT channel market. - Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, margins, inventory and sales forecasting. - Ability to negotiate with vendors and channel partners. - Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English/CHINESE. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory. - Willing to travel within Indonesia when required.
