We are seeking a Procurement Staff to join PT. Jutarasa Abadi & Corporate group. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement within the logistics, warehousing, customs clearance, or supply chain sector. Proficient in spoken English. Extensive understanding of commercial logistics contracts, rate card structures, and vendor sourcing approaches. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for cost optimization purposes. Skilled in Ms. Office, particularly Excel. Background in managing Vendor Management and Contract Management. Experience in handling intersection purchases and requirements. Knowledgeable in procurement system and administration procedures. Solid comprehension of purchasing procedures and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Detail-focused, organized, and driven by targets. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full procurement process, specifically covering warehouse operations, supply chain services, customs clearance, and logistics vendors. Identify, assess, and negotiate contracts and rate cards with vendors to obtain cost-efficient and high-quality services. Assess procurement requests, generate purchase orders, and track vendor performance to guarantee adherence to service level agreements. Producing procurement reports on a periodic basis. Liaise with internal teams, such as warehouse, supply chain, and customs operations, to determine purchasing requirements and specifications. Keep precise procurement documentation, contract records, and vendor data for audit and reporting needs. Capable of identifying both new and alternative sources. Evaluate suppliers and vendors objectively. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines. Keep track of stock availability and purchasing requirements. Guarantee prompt delivery and quality of goods and services. Build and sustain positive relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
