Key duties include overseeing the production site, fostering a safe working environment, maintaining 5S standards, enforcing labor discipline, and regulating employee work conduct. Monitor production teams to ensure compliance with process requirements and work instructions, track quality status and production progress, manage unforeseen issues, guarantee product quality, and meet delivery timelines. Identify problem areas on the production floor, conduct ongoing analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive improvements in product yield, production efficiency, and manufacturing cost reduction. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: prior experience in the food industry. Must possess foundational knowledge of food technology, food safety, raw materials, and related areas, along with understanding of occupational safety standards and industry regulatory compliance. Candidates must be willing to work on shift schedules and be willing to be placed in Karanganyar, Central Java.
