Assess and evaluate processes and equipment to guarantee adherence to SOP, work instructions, and safety regulations. Provide support for all engineering activities and projects within a department, covering design, development, and testing of industrial process and system upgrades. Drive and put into action continuous improvement initiatives focused on process, cost, production, and overall product quality. A minimum Diploma's Degree (D3) in Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering is required. At least 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Solid understanding of production systems and business processes within a manufacturing environment is necessary. Familiarity with methods such as TQM, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and similar would be considered a significant advantage. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential. Candidates should be available for placement in Curug - Tangerang.
