This is a permanent teaching role on a half-day schedule. The hired teacher will join the teaching team and handle children's learning support, development, classroom activities, and overall learning experience during set working hours. This is meant for someone seeking a regular teaching job rather than a temporary, casual, or occasional one. Planned and delivered activities must be engaging and age-appropriate for preschool and kindergarten children. English serves as the daily language of instruction and classroom communication. The teacher is expected to maintain a safe, positive, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment while following the school's curriculum and teaching approach. Islamic values and character-building should be woven into everyday classroom activities. The role covers support for children's Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Social development. The teacher must observe and document children's learning progress, prepare classroom materials and teaching aids, and keep the classroom clean, organized, and child-friendly. Professional communication with parents is part of the job when needed. Collaboration with fellow teachers and school management is required, along with participation in school events, special programs, meetings, and relevant teacher training. The teacher may also be asked to take photos and videos of classroom and school activities for documentation and assist with creating simple visual materials and digital content for school communication. A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Early Childhood Education, Education, English, Psychology, or a related field. Spoken English should be good and the candidate must be confident using English in the classroom. The teacher should have a passion for working with young children and be patient, caring, energetic, creative, responsible, and proactive. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a professional teaching team, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic are expected. The candidate should be open to receiving feedback and continuously developing teaching skills. Previous experience teaching preschool or kindergarten children is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, particularly those with a strong interest in early childhood education. Basic computer skills including Canva and Microsoft Office are needed. The working schedule is Monday–Friday 07:30–14:00, with a 1-hour lunch break included within those hours. Occasional Saturday work may be required for school events, special programs, or other school activities, with schedules communicated in advance based on the school's event calendar.
