The role of PR & Marketing Sales Staff includes fostering and upholding positive public relations and brand reputation for the school through multiple channels. Candidates are expected to actively interact with prospective parents and students via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and face-to-face consultations to support enrollment and sales conversion. Responsibilities also cover sharing detailed information about school programs, curriculum, tuition fees, and current promotions; developing, implementing, and assessing marketing and promotional schedules/campaigns; planning, producing, and managing engaging social media content including images, videos, and captions; handling data entry tasks while managing lead and applicant databases and keeping student enrollment files well organized; and producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing performance, lead conversions, and sales income. Applicants must present a well-groomed, professional, and polished appearance (Male/Female), hold a minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Communications, or a related discipline, and possess a minimum 3 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing/Sales, or Admissions (experience within an educational institution is considered a plus). Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and copywriting abilities are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the capacity to manage both digital and physical documents in an organized manner. Candidates should be active on social media with solid knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and current marketing trends, and demonstrate basic content creation capability (acting or presenting as talent, basic smartphone photography/videography, and editing using apps such as Canva or CapCut).
