We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Pharmaceutical Procurement Staff to join the team at PT Arianda Putra Pratama. This full-time role supports efficient operations at the Head Office and suits someone interested in supply management and cost optimization. Key responsibilities include preparing and issuing Purchase Orders accurately, ensuring on-time delivery, and providing regular updates to management. The position involves coordinating with the Finance team on invoice processing, tax documentation, budget tracking, and vendor payments. Product pricing must be updated and maintained in the ERP system. The role requires effective price and term negotiations with vendors, disseminating stock opname schedules to relevant vendors across all operational sites, and managing and reconciling petty cash funds in line with corporate policies. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A valid pharmacist practicing license (SIPA) is mandatory. Candidates should have strong negotiation and price analysis skills, be detail-oriented, accountable, ethical, and able to perform under high-pressure conditions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Sheets is required, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. High motivation to learn and continuously develop professionally is expected. Medical knowledge is considered a plus.
