We are seeking an in-house Performance Marketing Specialist to oversee 5 company projects spanning motorbike rentals, buggy rentals, Bali activities, hospitality businesses, and other directions. Work can be done remotely or partially from an office in Bali. Compensation starts at IDR 10–12 million, based on experience and results. Core duties include launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads; testing audiences, offers, hypotheses, and creatives; tracking and improving CPL, CPA, and ROAS; identifying and scaling high-performing campaigns; and handling paid acquisition across 5 projects simultaneously. Candidates should have experience working with international markets, managing multiple projects at the same time, strong skills in Meta Ads and Google Ads, a solid grasp of performance marketing and analytics, and good English.
