Klinis Nurse position requiring a minimum D3 Nursing degree, with S1 Nursing/Ners preferred. Must hold a valid Nurse STR (professional registration certificate). Must possess SIP/practice license as per applicable regulations. Prior nursing work experience required, with preference for candidates experienced in clinics or health facilities. Should understand and be able to perform basic nursing care. Capable of checking vital signs and observing patient conditions. Able to provide first aid and nursing actions within competence. Can perform wound care, medication administration, injections, and other nursing actions within scope of authority. Understands occupational safety and health (K3) procedures as well as infection prevention and control (PPI). Able to properly document and record patient medical records. Must have good communication skills, and be friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and responsible.
