Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organizational experience are encouraged to apply. Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role is acceptable, with preference given to candidates from the manufacturing industry. Candidates should be passionate about Human Resources and People Development, and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders is required. Must be willing to be placed in Cibitung, West Java or Ngoro (Mojokerto), East Java. Key Responsibilities involve managing and supporting Talent Management and Learning & Development processes throughout the organization. This includes developing and implementing people development initiatives to ensure employees are suitable for their roles and can contribute effectively to business objectives. The role supports talent identification, development, and succession planning programs. Additionally, coordinating learning programs and monitoring their effectiveness to support both employee and organizational development is part of the position.
