Minimum education of SMK in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering. At least 6 months of experience in building/structure maintenance. Honest, meticulous, orderly, and disciplined. Not using alcohol and drugs. Possesses understanding of spatial layout. Understands AutoCAD usage (preferred). Able to coordinate, work individually and as a part of a team. Job Description Monitoring and maintaining buildings. Repairing water channels, ceilings, doors, floors, walls and roads, wall painting, installing lights, installing signage, assisting with production relocation to factory 2. Assisting production operations. Seeking 4 part-time Technicians.
