Padel Cafe & Operations Supervisor CV Kuta Padel Arena seeks a hands-on Supervisor to develop their F&B menu and manage daily venue operations. Key duties include creating and refining food and beverage menus, establishing recipe standards along with costing, pricing, and menu promotions, supervising café operations covering staff schedules, stock, purchasing, waste, and product quality, monitoring café sales and compiling simple performance reports, managing daily and weekly cleanliness schedules across the café, reception, courts, toilets, showers, and common areas, ensuring reception staff adhere to customer service and operational SOPs, tracking padel equipment, towel rental, deposits, stock opname, and facility readiness, training and evaluating café, reception, and housekeeping staff, and following up on operational, maintenance, and customer issues. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as an F&B, Café, or Restaurant Supervisor, demonstrated experience in menu development, food costing, stock control, and staff supervision, a hands-on and organized working style with attention to detail, familiarity with POS systems, Excel, and Google Sheets, the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and be based in Bali with preference around Kuta or Badung.
