Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations with attention to efficiency, safety compliance and on-time delivery; managing inventory, stock control and warehouse logistics to minimise costs and maximise space utilisation; identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities in logistics and warehousing; developing strategic initiatives to boost operational productivity and service delivery; maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring satisfaction; collaborating with sales and marketing on proposals for prospective clients; monitoring KPIs and preparing operational reports for management; managing budgets, cost control and profitability across operations and business development; leading warehouse and logistics teams to maintain high performance standards; and ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards and company policies. Requirements include proven experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution operations with at least 5 years in a similar role; strong knowledge of supply chain management; proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis tools; strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop business plans; a problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and organisational skills; understanding of local regulations, safety standards and compliance requirements in Indonesia; a preferred degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field; and English proficiency is considered a plus.
