Operations Agent - Denpasar, Bali - DHL Express Indonesia Responsibilities include assisting with operational procedures such as sorting, loading/unloading, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information, and accepting/securing over-the-counter payments. Dispatches pick-up and delivery information efficiently and arranges daily pick-up schedules. Processes inbound material upon arrival and ensures material is available to couriers while material not going out for delivery is secured per the Security policy and procedures. Processes outbound material according to the latest processes and procedures. Carries out any administrative task required for the Service Centre. Assists in ensuring operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively. Works with sub-contractors to ensure all activities are carried out timely and meet service standards. Requirements: minimum of a bachelor's degree from any major, able to work independently, English conversant is an advantage, willing to work in Denpasar, Bali.
