Main duties include supervising and managing warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods. Monitoring and supporting supply chain systems to ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting of inventory movements. Coordinating with logistics partners and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of products to retail outlets. Managing distribution schedules and optimizing routing to ensure efficient product delivery. Supervising warehouse staff while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and operational standards. Carrying out regular inventory audits and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock records. Producing operational reports and analyzing supply chain metrics to identify improvement areas. Troubleshooting operational issues and applying corrective actions to resolve supply chain disruptions. Serving as a liaison between warehouse, distribution, retail, and management teams to ensure seamless communication. Supporting the implementation of supply chain policies and procedures across warehouse and distribution operations. Requirements include proven experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, or distribution logistics for a minimum of 3-5 years. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS). Experience coordinating logistics, distribution, and supply chain operations within a retail or FMCG environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience supervising warehouse or logistics staff. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to generate reports using spreadsheet applications and system tools. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions. Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of supply chain best practices and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with retail operations and understanding of retail distribution channels is preferred. Flexibility to work shift patterns as required by operational needs.
