Lead and coordinate operational teams spanning service, bar, security, and other supporting departments. React swiftly to operational challenges and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting. Track team performance, operational readiness, and overall venue experience, particularly during peak hours and events. Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operations Manager role, preferably in nightlife, entertainment, hospitality, or F&B. Proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative without constant supervision. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle multiple operational priorities. Hands-on, agile, and willing to be directly involved in daily operations. Understands how to maintain venue ambience, crowd flow, and a positive guest experience. Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
