Role: Operation Manager Company: PT. CJ Foodville Bakery and Cafe Indonesia ( TOUS les JOURS ) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Preference for candidates with Area Manager experience overseeing a minimum of 15 stores or more in the F&B or Retail sector. A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience is necessary for this role. Proficiency in managing teams, stores, waste costs, budgets, manpower, sales analysis, and food safety is expected. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and leadership qualities are required. Skills: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English fluency is an advantage. Willingness to be based at the Head Office in South Jakarta and to travel to all stores. Responsibilities: Schedule planning, organizational management, and operational planning. Oversees sales, store manpower, profit and loss, market territory and competitor analysis, communication, and risk management. Experience leading teams and managing stores across a broad scope, ensuring all outlets in the area deliver quality service. Maintaining and ensuring core store operations function properly, including store hygiene, legal compliance such as SLHS, and Standard Operating Procedures. Collaborating with related departments including Marketing, QC, Logistics, Production, and Central Kitchen.
