PT Yongjin Javasuka Garment is a subsidiary of Hojeon Limited, a South Korean company. Hojeon operates 5 factories in Indonesia (Jakarta, 3 in Sukabumi, and Garut) and 2 factories in Vietnam. The company produces for brands including KJUS, MACPAC, The North Face, Athletha, Ixon, Bogner, Army, Kathmandu, Arc'teryx, Lululemon, GAP, Under Armor, Vuori, SSen10, and others. The Merchandiser Development role (Sales Team) requires a bachelor's degree in any major, with fresh graduates welcome to apply. Candidates should have experience as a Merchandiser or Sales Merchandiser, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, be willing to work under pressure, and be fluent in English both in writing and speaking. Strong analytical and communication skills, good judgement and decision-making ability, self-starting initiative, and fast learning are expected.
