Review and oversee the MEP design process for residential landed and commercial projects, including coordination among internal and external stakeholders. Develop plans, details, and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Offer technical guidance to designer staff, supervisors, inspectors, and contracting service providers on MEP system installation. Identify mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering issues and develop solutions for them. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Mechanical, or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Specialist (Landed House). The ideal candidate should demonstrate responsibility, strong work ethic, the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team, initiative, effective communication, and a proactive approach to addressing technical and coordination-related concerns. The position requires willingness to be based in Cikarang.
