We are hiring an MEP Engineer to join the team and assist with the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of MEP systems for villa and residential construction projects in Bali. The right candidate should possess solid technical expertise in electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, and air conditioning systems, with practical experience in MEP design, technical drawings, construction coordination, and on-site implementation. Key Responsibilities include planning, designing, and delivering MEP engineering works for villa and residential construction projects; creating technical drawings for electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, and air conditioning systems; developing MEP layouts, schematics, equipment layouts, and detailed construction drawings tailored to project needs; carrying out engineering calculations and sizing for electrical loads, water supply, drainage, air conditioning systems, pumps, and other MEP components; preparing and reviewing MEP drawings, specifications, calculations, material requirements, design reports, and related technical documentation; ensuring MEP designs and deliverables meet applicable codes, regulations, project requirements, and quality standards; providing on-site technical support including shop drawing reviews, material submissions, equipment specifications, and resolving MEP-related construction issues; conducting site inspections to verify MEP installations align with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards; offering technical input on electrical systems, plumbing and drainage, swimming pool systems, pumps, water treatment systems, and air conditioning systems; assisting with cost estimation, material selection, value engineering, and constructability reviews to optimize MEP systems and project results; overseeing assigned MEP deliverables to ensure completion within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards; and maintaining accurate MEP drawings, calculations, specifications, revisions, and project records. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field; a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, preferably in villa, residential, hospitality, or similar construction projects; strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning/HVAC, and swimming pool systems; experience preparing and reviewing MEP design and construction drawings; a solid understanding of MEP engineering calculations, system sizing, equipment selection, and technical specifications; a solid understanding of applicable building codes, engineering standards, and local regulations; experience supporting construction activities including site inspections, shop drawing reviews, material submittals, installation reviews, and resolving site engineering issues; the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, structural/civil engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams; strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and technical documentation skills; proficiency in relevant engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other relevant MEP design software is preferred; and experience with villa projects, swimming pool systems, and split/VRV/VRF air conditioning systems will be an advantage.
