A Medical Affairs Coordinator is needed to support the development, evaluation, and management of dental practitioners at the organization. The role involves close collaboration with the Medical Affairs and Operations teams. Key duties include supporting dentist recruitment with candidate assessment during the first and second visit stages, assisting in reviewing and evaluating dentists especially during their probation period, coordinating preparation and scheduling of dentist training and development programs, handling administrative tasks tied to training and evaluation, preparing reports and documentation on dentist performance and development, and monitoring and following up on dentist-related programs and activities. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (S1 Dentistry / Dentist); fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A Master's Degree in Hospital Management or Healthcare Management is considered an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills are required, along with solid administrative and organizational abilities, the capacity to work collaboratively with dentists and cross-functional teams especially the Operations team, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and an interest in dentist development, training, evaluation, and healthcare operations.
