Marketing Supervisor at Lencir & Rica Rico — We are seeking a proactive, hands-on, execution-driven Marketing Supervisor to assist the Marketing Manager in carrying out marketing execution across Lencir and Rica Rico. The role involves converting marketing direction into coordinated execution, managing day-to-day marketing team tasks, and ensuring marketing efforts support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Responsibilities include translating the Marketing Manager's marketing direction into clear, coordinated execution for both Lencir and Rica Rico; overseeing marketing initiatives end-to-end across content, digital, performance marketing, KOL, partnerships, e-commerce, and offline channels; ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with brand direction, and tied to business objectives. The role also involves guiding the marketing team's daily work by aligning priorities, maintaining execution quality, and keeping deliverables on track; supporting team members with execution challenges while promoting ownership, accountability, and collaboration; coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners for smooth marketing execution. Monitoring campaign and channel performance across ads, content, live commerce, KOL collaborations, promotions, and brand activations; linking marketing performance to customer behavior, competitor activities, market trends, and business outcomes; turning findings into clear recommendations, campaign optimizations, and new marketing experiments; identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes through data, AI, automation, and digital systems where relevant, with attention to quality, efficiency, and business impact. Overseeing collaborations with KOLs, influencers, agencies, vendors, and brand partnerships to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards; leading product launches, events, and brand activations while ensuring quality, timelines, and expected outcomes; evaluating partnership and activation results to identify improvements for future initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, digital marketing, or a related function. Experience coordinating marketing initiatives, supervising team members, or leading cross-functional execution. Experience with consumer brands, preferably in beauty, wellness, F&B, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle industries. Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing, with the ability to connect campaign performance, customer insights, and business objectives. Comfortable working with marketing data and using AI, automation, or digital solutions to improve decisions, processes, and marketing effectiveness. Able to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-moving environment. Soft skills: Proactive and able to take initiative without waiting for detailed instructions. Mature and professional in handling people, feedback, priorities, and business challenges. Collaborative and confident in guiding team members and coordinating stakeholders. Curious and open to exploring new marketing approaches, technologies, and better ways of working. Nice-to-have: Experience handling product launches, brand activations, store opening campaigns, or seasonal campaigns. Experience working with KOLs, influencers, agencies, brand partners, or marketplace/social commerce channels. Experience managing both online and offline marketing initiatives. Familiarity with AI tools, automation, analytics tools, or digital platforms to support marketing productivity and performance.
