Job Responsibilities : • Formulate and carry out marketing communication strategies to back events and boost brand awareness. • Create event concepts and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives. • Oversee event communication and promotion across social media and additional digital platforms. • Liaise with internal teams, event organizers, vendors, media, influencers, and other relevant parties to make sure events follow the plan. • Assist in on-site event execution, covering proper branding, promotional materials, and event communications. • Oversee and maintain consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials and event activities. • Aid in boosting engagement, traffic, and brand awareness through a range of marketing and communication activities. • Gather and analyze campaign/event performance data, covering engagement, leads, attendance, and customer feedback. • Produce marketing activity reports and post-event evaluations. • Carry out research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to build more effective marketing strategies. • Handle other tasks related to marketing and events as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field at minimum. • Prior experience in Marketing, Events, or Public Relations is preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Creative with the ability to develop campaign ideas and event concepts. • Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing. • Capable of creating and developing promotional content and marketing materials. • Solid project management and coordination skills. • Able to work with targets and deadlines. • Able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. • Willing to work on-site and according to event schedules, including occasional work outside regular working hours.
