Position: MM (Manufacturing Modernization) Staff Placement: Pemalang Regency, Central Java Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in automation machinery, machine maintenance, or manufacturing modernization. Understanding of machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and manufacturing processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Good command of English, both written and spoken; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. Job Descriptions: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on machine maintenance, repairs, and manufacturing modernization tasks. Collect, analyze, and calculate OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data alongside the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to support improvements in production efficiency. Develop, monitor, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing machinery and equipment. Manage spare parts inventory, covering stock monitoring, usage records, and replenishment requests. Assist in machine troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance work to ensure equipment reliability and reduce production downtime. Prepare maintenance reports, equipment performance records, and related documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure maintenance and modernization activities are completed on schedule. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
