Job Description: Reviewing, drafting budgets, and summarizing daily, weekly, and monthly plans; Accountable for meeting production line performance targets, inventory control, quality, and safety management; Ensuring new employee training on key processes is carried out to meet production staffing needs; Summarizing and analyzing the status of monthly plan completion, and creating budgets for implementing the next month's plan; Organizing daily production meetings for shift leaders and above to finalize daily production arrangements and coordinate production to ensure normal delivery during emergencies; Monitoring daily attendance and work status of employees on each shift and making adjustments as needed; Accountable for product quality produced, analyzing quality issues that arise on the day, resolving them on the spot, and formulating solutions; Monitoring real-time implementation of the daily plan, considering personnel, machines, materials, methods, and the environment. 9. Performing implementation work; Summarizing and analyzing the status of daily plan completion and implementing the next day's budget; Other duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher; At least five years of experience in production management in the household appliance industry, understanding production management processes, and having good communication and business skills; Understanding the production process of household appliances (household/commercial refrigerators, display cabinets, freezers), and proficient in using computer office software; Strong teamwork spirit and sense of corporate responsibility; Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities; Meticulous and principle-driven working style; Fluent in English, with Mandarin language ability preferred; Requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
